The best of technology in the smallest member of the family
The layout of the bed rails is optimized. Combined with the stress characteristics of large pipe diameters, an optimized layout is made. Two 30 rails are installed horizontally, with a high and low rail layout, and the chuck center rotates outward. A 2-mold rack is selected. The wire trough is built into the inside of the bed, and the rear is covered with a simple sheet metal cover. A protective fence is installed at the tail. The total length of the bed is 10m, the total weight is 2338.6KG, and the average is 233.9kg/m. (Lower than the original T280’s 357kg/m). The two main pipes of the bed are 200*200*8 square tubes, and the rest are 6mm thick pipes. The net height of the bed is 742mm. (10000*1560*742)
Ergonomic and accessible
Gantry part
1. The gantry structure is adopted, and the double-piece pipe welding gantry is more solid and stable;
2. The XZ axis uses the fully enclosed module of Zenn, with a stroke of 500mm and 400mm, and uses a 750W servo motor.
3. The standard configuration is the Jinqiang straight head three-dimensional laser head, which is installed without the base and the amplifier is external, so that the cutting center line is extremely close to the chuck to reduce the tail material.
Follow-up support
1. A 1.8KW servo motor is used to drive the hexagonal steel pull rod through a 40 screw drive to form a one-to-three follower.
2. The cylinder uses AirTac SC100*250 cylinder.
3. Parallelogram swing arm mechanism to ensure the parallel posture of the support;
4. Pneumatic centering. Single roller and double roller are optional (single roller version is standard).
Follow-up front
1. Servo motor drives the screw to lift and lower;
2. Fixedly connected to the front chuck assembly, synchronous translation;
